Gray Fawdon & Riddle RIBA were established as Architects practice in 1973 with an aim to provide a personal professional service on all types of building.

Since this date skill and expertise has been given to numerous projects ranging from small extensions for individual private clients to large manufacturing units for public companies.

Public works have included multi-use community facilities, village halls and sports facilities.

One off and multiple housing is a specialty both for developers and individual clients.

In an area which has many historic buildings many schemes have involved the restoration of redundant properties and their imaginative re-use.

Recently schemes have been created which sympathetically divide larger Grade 1 and 2 homes into smaller apartments, and although now based in Raunds (nr Kettering ) projects currently spread over a 100 mile radius.
